The faculty's leadership
The faculty's governing bodies and the people who hold office in them. The membership of the Faculty Council and of its committees will be published once elections have been held and validated by the university.

Dean's office
The dean's office is at Bv. Mihai Viteazu nr.1, Corp Orologerie, Timișoara, Etajul 5, camera 501, and the student registry at Parter, camera P01. Official correspondence and student requests should be addressed to the faculty registry.

The faculty's governing bodies
The remit of each body is the one laid down in the Charter of Politehnica University of Timisoara.
- 01The Faculty CouncilThe faculty's deliberative and decision-making body. It approves the internal organisation, the curricula and the syllabi, and oversees admissions.
- 02The Council BureauThe Council's executive body, chaired by the Dean.
- 03The faculty registryStudent files, academic records, study documents and public enquiries.
Committees

The standing committees provided for by the university Charter. Their membership is decided by the Faculty Council once it has been constituted.

The Faculty Council is made up of academic staff elected by their peers and of student representatives elected by students. The proportions and the election procedure are laid down in the university Charter.

Enquiries concerning teaching, academic records or a study path should be addressed to the faculty registry.
