Student certificates
Fill in the form and your certificate arrives at your institutional address within seconds.
Request a certificate
You need your personal identification number and your registration number. The registration number is the one on your student card, after the two letters and the faculty digit: LT7, LH7, MT7 and so on.
Institutional address only
The certificate is sent exclusively to the @student.upt.ro address held in the faculty records, no matter who fills in the form. If you cannot reach that mailbox, sort out access to your account first.
What happens after you submit
01
Your details are checked
The personal identification number and the registration number are looked up together in the faculty records. If the pair does not match, nothing is issued.
02
The certificate is issued
The document is generated from the records: study programme, year, form of study and funding source. It receives a registration number and today's date.
03
It is entered in the ledger
The certificate goes into the registrar's ledger under the same number and is kept on the faculty server.
04
It reaches you
The message goes only to the institutional address held in the records, with the document attached. It is never sent to any other address.
Need something else
For certificates with special wording, for situations not covered by the list above, or for any other request, the registrar answers at the faculty contact address.
