The Administrative Council of the Politehnica University of Timisoara approved, through Decision no. 223 of 22 September 2026, the tuition fee payment deadlines for the 2026-2027 academic year. They apply to all forms of study: full-time, distance learning and part-time.
The deadlines concern the annual tuition fee, for students on the fee-paying form, and the discipline recontracting fee, for students on the state-funded form.
First semester
- 18 November 2026 — the ordinary deadline, without penalty
- 18 December 2026 — the final day, with penalty
After 18 December 2026, the grades obtained in the first semester are no longer validated by the faculty and cannot be recorded in the grade catalogue.
Second semester
- 16 April 2027 — the ordinary deadline, without penalty
- 21 May 2027 — the final day, with penalty
After 21 May 2027, second-semester grades are no longer validated and cannot be recorded in the catalogue. Continued non-payment then leads to expulsion, on a date that depends on the year of study:
- 9 July 2027, for students who are not in a final year
- 4 June 2027, for final years
Worth remembering
Paying the second-semester fees is conditional on having paid the first-semester ones.
